Job Description Open Position: HR Manager (Reputable Company) A reputable company with presence across Malaysia is currently hiring an HR Manager to come and join them in the Kuala Lumpur office. Key responsibilities include:

1. Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
2. More than 5 years of HR management experience covering HR Operations, Payroll, and Recruitment, with more than 4 years managing a large number of employees (Executive & Non-Executive Levels).
3. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to align with the organization's goals and objectives.
4. Stay up to date with changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
5. Manage employee relations issues, conducting investigations and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
6. Coordinate employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
8. Proficient in HRMS related applications covering Annual Leave, Medical Leave Applications, Performance Appraisal, etc.
9. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
