The Job Job Responsibilities:

1. Machine Automation Wiring: Design, implement, and troubleshoot machine automation wiring systems to ensure efficient and reliable operation of automated machinery.
2. Schematic Design: Develop detailed electrical schematics for various automation projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
3. Hands-On Expertise: Provide hands-on support for the assembly, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
4. AutoCAD and EPLAN: Utilize AutoCAD and EPLAN software to create and modify electrical drawings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
5. PLC Programming: Design, program, and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to meet project requirements and optimize automation processes.
6. Single Phase and 3 Phase Wiring: Proficiently handle single-phase and three-phase wiring configurations, ensuring proper power distribution and connectivity.
7. Laser Marking Integration: Integrate laser marking systems into automation processes, ensuring seamless operation and quality output.
8. Bill of Materials (BOM): Develop and manage comprehensive Bills of Materials for electrical components, ensuring accurate documentation of materials required for projects.
9. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and project managers, to achieve project goals and timelines.
10. Quality Assurance: Implement and adhere to rigorous quality assurance protocols to guarantee the reliability and safety of electrical systems.
11. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all electrical designs, modifications, and troubleshooting activities.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in electrical engineering or a related field.
2. Min 3-4 years of experience in machine automation wiring and control systems.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD and EPLAN for electrical design.
4. Strong background in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
5. Experience with single-phase and three-phase wiring configurations.
6. Familiarity with laser marking integration is a plus.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Effective communication and teamwork skills.

The Profile

1. You have at least 5 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Industrial.
2. You have working knowledge of PLC Programming, PLC Design, Automation, Laser Marking Integration, AutoCAD, EPLAN, Single Phase Wiring and Third Phase Wiring.
3. You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
4. You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
5. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
6. You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
