Skip to content- Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to showcase our product and brands.
- Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Content Leadership: Lead the creation and management of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and online content, ensuring brand consistency.
- Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee events, such as business events, to effectively promote our brands.
- Partner Relationships: Establish and manage strong relationships with external marketing partners, including advertising agencies and media outlets if needed.
- Campaign Performance Analysis: Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Digital Marketing Management: Oversee the development and management of the company's online presence.
- Lead the team: Lead the marketing team to ensure marketing strategy aligns with planning and company objectives.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and prepare detailed reports and presentations on campaign performance and results.
- Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in related field is required for this position. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Mass Communication or equivalent.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated, well organized, good time management and able to prioritize multiple tasks within a demanding environment.
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
- Strong multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, Bahasa Melayu).
- Familiarity with MS Office.
- Familiarity with online and offline business.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Lazada, Shopee is an advantage.
