Senior Sales Manager - Products Intelligentsia Software, Pakistan

Qualifications: Master’s/ 04 years Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  1. Market and promote Intelligentsia's licensing products line in assigned verticals directly & through BDEs.
  2. Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the attainment of assigned targets.
  3. Maintain up-to-date sales leads/opportunities for sales activity data of the team through CRM & excel reporting.
  4. Manage the performance and development of the BDEs.
  5. Lead all BDEs in pursuing new customers, assisting in setting up meetings and closure towards contract signing.
  6. Enable BDEs to identify, interpret and communicate special service requirements of customers.
  7. Initiate and coordinate the implementation of sales action plans to penetrate new markets.
  8. Conduct one-on-one reviews with all BDEs to build effective communication and understand training and development needs.
  9. Work with management to develop tactics for increased revenue and growth.
  10. Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
  11. Provide timely, accurate, competitive quotations to BDEs and prospects while maintaining a follow-up strategy.
  12. Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses and assist BDEs to deliver the same.
  13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
  14. Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular close contact account management.

Internal / External Cooperation:
  • Ensure that all Business Development Executives meet or exceed all activity standards.
  • Delegate authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.
  • Set examples for Sales Executives in personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills.
  • Conduct regular coaching and counseling with Sales Executives.
  • Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
Relationships: Supervised by the COO. Works closely with the Business Coordinator and BDEs while maintaining effective communication with the engineering team and other relevant departments. Location: Information Technology and Services - Islamabad, Pakistan #J-18808-Ljbffr
