Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource functions including recruitment & selection, confirmation, promotion, increment, warning and termination letters, leave recording, medical reimbursements, payroll administration, compensation & benefits, HR policies and procedures.
  2. Preparation of monthly HR reports on payroll, staff turnover analysis, organization chart updates, attendance, and any ad-hoc reports as required.
  3. Liaise with government bodies for relevant issues of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, LHDN, and HRDF.
  4. Review, maintain and update the HR manual and Employee Handbook from time to time.
  5. Assist staff, control and maintain all relevant records on uniform storage and movement, security guards, cleaners, keys, stationery, company property, office sundry items & toiletries, courier service.
  6. Review & control all company utilities, CEO claims & travelling expenses.
  7. Monitor production rubbish disposal, office repairs, and maintenance.
  8. Conduct orientation programs for new employees, attend to employees’ requests and queries on HR issues.
  9. Prepare and follow up on Human Resource documentation (personal documentation).
  10. Responsible for all training & development activities.
  11. Handle administrative work, including filing, issuing of MEMOs, general letters, etc.
  12. Assess project and resource requirements.
  13. Coordinate the recruitment process including presenting the interview session.
  14. Coordinate the foreign worker application quota by liaising with the agency and management to ensure smooth processes according to government rules and regulations.
  15. Maintain e-attendance data by uploading the raw data into the e-attendance system to ensure accurate storage.
  16. Responsible for entertaining any government requests such as from the labour department, immigration, MIDA, etc., by providing the information required to ensure smooth processes.
