Service Leader - Finance Risk Control

We are looking for a Service Leader - Finance Risk Control to join our team! As our Service Leader - Finance Risk Control, we rely on you to:

1. Responsible for costing, monitoring of all food, beverage and general stocks to provide accurate and timely cost figures for operations.
2. Preparing daily F&B Cost Report.
3. Daily cost and recording of inter-kitchen and inter bar on the individual kitchen and outlets.
4. Costing of F&B recipes, menus, and function orders.
5. Conduct regular spot checks against inventory.
6. Computes potential F&B cost for all the outlets.
7. Participates in the month end inventory taking.
8. Portion control checks are carried out with F&B Chef.
9. Butcher tests are carried out by the butcher.
10. Buffet Tests to monitor the food cost of buffets.
11. Assist OE count.

1. Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Costing or a related field is preferred.
2. Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar capacity.
3. Ability to work long hours.
4. Good knowledge of personal computing.
5. General knowledge of accounting concepts.
6. Ability to work independently.
7. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
8. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
9. Must be a confident and tactful strong team player.
10. Good interpersonal & communication skills.
