Shift Warehouse Officer

Responsibilities:

1. Candidate will be responsible for receiving, storage, and dispatch of product to end customers.
2. Responsible for shift-wise reconciliation of production.
3. Work with production, planning, and logistics teams for smooth execution of ordering.
4. Ensure all warehouse operations adhere to Company HSE & QA policies.
5. Minimize warehouse losses.
6. Ensure that stock is dispatched as per FEFO.
7. Responsible for inventory management.
8. Initiate and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
9. Coordinate with maintenance department for planned/periodic maintenance of equipment under use.
10. Participate in safety meetings, providing safety improvement ideas and training on safety issues.
11. Develop and self-manage an effective work program to achieve outcomes. Problem-solving and first-time right approach are essential. Good skills in assessing and prioritizing multiple tasks, projects, and demands.
12. Excellent communication and analytical skills required. Understanding of supply chain organization and function, and internal/external relationship management with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
13. Ability to provide leadership to the team while also being an individual team player.
14. Demonstrate high professional standards in delivering quality services and always seek to improve those services.
