QA QC Engineer

Responsibilities: Manage the Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) function to ensure quality products/services are supplied. Liaise with customers, consultants, engineers, inspection bodies, and suppliers on quality assurance matters. Coordinate with Production/Plant Managers to investigate quality deficiencies. Conduct site visits to ensure product quality is within design parameters. Coordinate all QA/QC operations to ensure customer satisfaction with products/services. Work with Sales and Production Departments to professionally and efficiently resolve customer complaints. Develop QA/QC systems and set achievable targets. Ensure Production complies with quality procedures. Assist Project Management team with project/safety for daily activities and Quality Management. Collaborate with Production Manager and Plant Manager to minimize defects. Comply with all requirements for the continuity of ISO certifications. Requirements: Relevant qualifications in Engineering or equivalent. Training certificate in ISO Quality Management System, Quality Engineer, CONQUAS, BCA-Good Industry Practices is advantageous. Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment, with the ability to multi-task and cope with ambiguity. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with influencing ability. Independent and self-starter, with a strong personal drive to initiate and implement. Other Information: Group medical and dental benefits. Working location: Tuas South.
