Job Responsibilities: Primary responsible for the company's HR operations functions. Full spectrum of human capital processes (Recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, training & development matters, and other operational matters). Manage and improvise Learning & Development processes. Manage all L&D programs including training budget and company training plan. Responsible for HR communications and audits. Ensure job descriptions are compliant and updated. Point of contact for Employee Engagement, Staff wellbeing, various vendors & training providers. Manage programs for employee induction, orientation, internship, and talent retention. Requirements: Diploma in Human Resource Management or related qualification. IHRP-CA certification will be advantageous. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity, with L&D experience. Well-versed with employment law and processes. Able to work independently, self-driven, and responsible. Good communication skills with a positive attitude.
