Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

1. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure that all parties are aware of the project's progress, challenges, and opportunities for collaboration.
2. Maintain project documentation including photos, and ensure that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to project team members and stakeholders.
3. Assist in day-to-day office operations, such as managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, answering phone calls, handling postage, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and keeping records.
4. Assist in providing administrative support to the management and staff of the organisation, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, managing communication channels, maintaining records, and assisting with programme management.
5. Assist in handling license renewals.
6. Work together with finance executive to ensure smooth operation of secretariat.
7. Any other tasks assigned as and when required.
