HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the endtoend recruitment process including job postings screening interviewing and onboarding of new hires.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Handle employee relations addressing issues and facilitating conflict resolution in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain and update employee records ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Lead performance management processes including goal setting evaluations and employee development plans.
• Organize and facilitate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their talent needs and provide support in workforce planning.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and gather feedback through surveys and other platforms.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintain uptodate HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• 45 years of experience in handling endtoend HR processes in a small to midsized organization.
• Strong understanding of HR functions employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools with strong proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to build relationships and foster a positive workplace culture.
