Roles and Responsibilities
  • Have to resolve customer queries over Email and Calls
  • Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.
  • Good communication skills writing, Oral and verbal.
  • Good computer knowledge, good typing speed.
  • Flexible to work in 24*7 environments, 
  • Candidate should be comfortable working with WFO as per business requirements.
  • Basics of computer and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and latest operating systems.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
