HR Director Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Director to oversee our personnel and ensure that human resources programs and initiatives align with the organization's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing comprehensive human resources policies.
• Supporting strategic objectives through effective employee management.
• Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements to meet business needs.
• Maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Managing staff records and benefits packages.
• Forecasting staffing needs and designing job descriptions.
• Creating and directing training programs to enhance employee skills.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management.
• No less than 4 years of experience in a private sector role for candidates from Armed forces or government backgrounds, or at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Desirable: previous service experience in the Armed forces or a government organization.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer software and applications.

Estimated Salary Range:
