Responsibilities: Responsible for the operation of facilities maintenance Lead a team of technical specialists/technicians in day-to-day operations Maintenance of installation, repair, and modification of facilities-related equipment and buildings Manage contractors and ensure work is carried out in a timely manner and with quality work Plan and carry out overhaul and maintenance improvement activities Prepare, update & review work instructions and equipment checklists Test and maintain safety systems in good condition Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering/Facilities Management with 2 years of experience in a similar capacity Knowledge of Electrical Engineering, Chilled Water, and Compressed Air Systems Good knowledge of machine troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Strong team player and result-oriented Self-disciplined, independent, and able to work under pressure #J-18808-Ljbffr
