Senior Legal Counsel - Digital Services

Client Overview A listed MNC with global operations and a focus on payments, digital services and new age technology such as blockchain and AI. Focus of Work Commercial: 60% Regulatory: 20% Regional Projects: 20% Job Description This role with primarily support front office teams with on-going deal support. You will play an integral role, negotiating and closing complex commercial agreements. You will also support business teams with licensing requests and new product launches, as well as offering the latest commercial advice on regulatory landscapes across the APAC region. You will also form part of the regional projects team which focuses on cross-border products and services across the region. This is a great opportunity to develop both technical and soft skills in fast growing / developing countries in the region.
