Job details
Support projects from the Electrical Engineering/Design perspective of Buildings (Mixed-Development, Commercial, Residential) from initial scoping through detailed design, commissioning, and final handover, including preparing technical specifications, reports, and cost estimates. Collaborate with respective departments to develop client proposals and tenders, aiming to achieve profitable business outcomes. This involves bid planning, facilitation, cost estimation, writing, technical input, and necessary approvals. Serve as a technical authority, providing mentorship and guidance to other electrical engineers in the team while ensuring technical excellence in all aspects of project execution. Foster strong client relationships by contributing to client plans and maintaining a positive rapport while supporting the development and motivation of team members and junior engineers.
