Regional Growth: Identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and strengthen the agency's presence across APAC. Operational Excellence: Oversee activation processes, utilize global delivery hubs effectively, and enhance outcomes through automation and technology. Thought Leadership: Drive internal and external initiatives that position the agency as a market leader. Experience and Skills Proven leadership experience within a media or advertising agency, with a focus on large-scale teams and regional markets. Deep understanding of APAC media landscapes and omni-channel expertise, especially in digital media. Strong background in Paid Search, Social, Programmatic, and Display, with a track record of driving innovation. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to inspire teams and collaborate across all levels.
