Position: Project Sales Engineer Mon-Fri 8.30AM to 5.30PM Office is at Tuas, Singapore Salary Range: $3,500 - $6,000 Background: Company is a fully integrated engineering, design, procurement, construction, and management (EPCM) firm providing project works, process maintenance, and other related services to the power, petrochemical, daily food, semiconductor, water, and pharmaceutical industries. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field Minimum 3-5 years of related industry experience in project sales with a strong track record Strong technical skills in engineering design, analysis, and testing Class 3 license is a must; the company provides a vehicle. Job Scope: Follow up with site walk and client enquiry for new jobs or projects and work together with project engineer and manager for quotation and tender submission, ensuring purchase order is secured. Coordinate with engineering and construction teams, and liaise with the client on detailed engineering requirements. Prepare quotations, budget plans, and submissions for approval from the project engineer or manager. Prepare method statements, lifting plans, and work schedules to assist safety personnel in preparing risk assessments. Prepare MTO and raise MR for all materials required for the project. Responsible for equipment installation, structure installation, piping erection operations, and pipe support installation in accordance with schedules, procedures, specifications, priorities, and availability of construction drawings. Handle all technical queries and investigate work-related problems, including drawing field sketches when necessary. Review project specifications, ISO drawings, and P&ID. Ensure correct location, orientation, alignment, and plumbness by counter-checking ISO drawings, P&ID, and GA drawings. Carry out final P&ID checks of installed piping systems in the module and prepare “AS BUILT” drawings. Responsible for conducting mechanical clearance, hydro and pneumatic tests, and fulfilling commissioning and pre-commissioning requirements for the project. Conduct line checks after hydro testing or pneumatic testing to complete the post punch list prior to signing off the test packages and completing piping/mechanical work. Ensure all punch list items are resolved; satisfactorily conclude client handover and avoid project prolongation. Take prompt corrective and preventive action to address any quality issues, unsafe elements, and unhealthy conditions at the site.
