JASARA PMC, a leading civil engineering and project management company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stakeholder Manager to join their team. As a Stakeholder Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and managing key stakeholders, developing and implementing stakeholder engagement strategies, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration between JASARA PMC and its stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  1. Identify and map key stakeholders and their interests.
  2. Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans and strategies.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, government entities, community organizations, and other relevant parties.
  4. Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and consultations.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate stakeholder feedback and requirements into project plans and deliverables.
  6. Monitor and track stakeholder satisfaction and sentiment.
  7. Address stakeholder inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Ensure effective communication and information sharing between JASARA PMC and its stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Communication, Public Relations, or Business.
  2. 5+ years of experience in stakeholder management or related roles.
  3. Strong knowledge of stakeholder engagement strategies and practices.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
  6. Strong organizational and project management skills.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  8. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
