WHAT WILL YOU DO? Passionate about travel and marketing? Pelago by Singapore Airlines is hiring an Affiliate Marketing, Senior Associate to join the marketing team. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with external partners, internal stakeholders and the affiliate lead to drive conversion through affiliate marketing in Singapore and beyond. - Outreach, negotiate and sign agreements with new affiliate partners across verticals. - Negotiate commission structure, affiliate agreements and campaigns, ensuring they align seamlessly with company KPI. - Hands-on in onboarding and activating affiliate partners. - Proactively identify gaps and opportunities to optimize existing affiliate partners to drive growth. - Actively communicate with affiliate partners, acting as their primary point of contact with consistent communication. - Provide timely and proficient support, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting challenges, and guaranteeing overall affiliate partner satisfaction. - Coordinate internal teams and external partners for seamless execution of affiliate initiatives. - Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in affiliate marketing to optimize program performance. WHAT EXPERTISE ARE MUST HAVES FOR THIS ROLE? - Minimum 3 years of proven experience in an Affiliate, Partnerships, or Business Development role, ideally within the travel or consumer tech industry - A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership - Ability to work with speed and agility in a fast-paced environment - Good communication and negotiation skills - Experience in client-facing role - Experience in coordinating projects and problem-solving - Passion for marketing WHAT EXPERTISE ARE GOOD TO HAVE? - Knowledge in the affiliate marketing industry - Experience in Impact or other affiliate marketing management tools - Creative thinking with a flair for campaigns and content creation - Technical knowledge (Cookies, UTM, HTML etc) - Bachelor Degree in Marketing, or any relevant field #J-18808-Ljbffr
