About the role: Project Vision Ownership: Collaborate closely with senior leadership to define project standards, optimize processes, and drive key initiatives that support the success of specific projects. C-Suite Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, offering insights and recommendations on project prioritization and process improvements. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency regarding project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Strategic Delivery: Present real estate strategies and updates to senior leadership, in collaboration with the Strategy Team. Alignment with Business Objectives: Develop, refine, and implement a global transformation plan that aligns with business strategies, goals, and objectives. Ensure that workstream leads are effectively managing and executing their respective workstreams, delivering quality results on time and within budget. Collaborate closely with the change management team. Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with key stakeholders in line with CRES objectives. Key Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and manage key relationships within the country. Support CRES Leadership: Provide support to the CRES Head at CMT and the Global CRES Head at GMT. Project Oversight: Oversee the execution of transaction, change, move, and project activities. Governance Alignment: Work in close coordination with the PMO to ensure governance and alignment on project objectives during execution. Escalation Point: Act as the primary escalation point for all program-related activities. About You: Bachelor's or Master's Degree, preferably in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or Business. Proven leadership experience in driving and managing enterprise-wide, large-scale transformation projects. Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization. Expertise in utilizing technology and analytics to enhance project delivery and outcomes is highly preferred. A track record of successfully managing complex business process programs. A self-starter with exceptional project management skills, capable of leading teams to high standards of performance. Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
