Job details
Job Summary: Provides support for warranty operations. Key Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as Admin, Office manager or similar roles
- Experience in Warranty is preferable
- Bachelor Degree or any other educational qualification in Engineering, preferably Mechanical
- English/Arabic speaker
- Process warranty related information in appropriate databases under limited supervision.
- Respond to requests in a timely manner, performing due diligence checks prior to updates.
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather information in order to properly process requests.
- Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
- Ensures accountability - Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments.
- Self-development - Actively seeking new ways to grow and be challenged using both formal and informal development channels.
- Problem Solving - Solves problems and may mentor others on effective problem solving by using a systematic analysis process by leveraging industry standard methodologies to create problem traceability and protect the customer.
- Electronic Service Tool Application - Identifies the suite of available hardware and software tools required for a service event; utilizes the appropriate electronic tool set to maintain the product or diagnose and troubleshoot an issue.
- Warranty Process - Analyzes customer issues to verify root cause of failure and associated progressive damage.
