As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the company on a wide range of legal matters. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, managing legal risks, and protecting the company's interests. Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance on various legal issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, such as arbitration or litigation.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Counsel.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Strong research and problem-solving skills.
