Required Experience 0 - 3 years of experience in retail sales or related fields. Required Educational Level High school diploma or equivalent. Required Skills, Abilities, And Knowledge Customer service skills. Communication, negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Organizational and time management skills. Teamwork skills. English Language - Conversational. Duties & Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon entering the branch. Deliver exceptional service to customers and provide detailed product information and recommendations based on their preferences. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Inform customers about discounts and special offers. Collaborate with coworkers to achieve branch sales goals. Maintain the branch clean, organized, and visually appealing to maintain a welcoming shopping environment. Restock shelves, arrange displays, and ensure products are properly labeled and priced. Participate in promotional activities and events to drive sales. Provide customer feedback to the Branch Manager. Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to management. Adhere to company policies, hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and health and safety guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
