Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Captain to lead our new Japanese outlet, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth team operations with a focus on hospitality and Japanese cuisine. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth. Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet. Collaborate with the service crew and kitchen to ensure efficient operations. Set tables and take guest orders. Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu and presentation standards. Provide food and beverage recommendations to guests, upselling as appropriate. Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager or Food & Beverage Operations Manager. Job Requirements: Certificate in Food & Beverage operations. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Skills and Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of menu items and preparation techniques. Good memory and attention to detail when handling orders. Basic understanding of food ingredients and cooking methods. Strong communication skills with both guests and colleagues. Personal Attributes: Passionate about the food and beverage industry.
