Job Title: IT Leadership and Strategy Director Join us as an IT Leadership and Strategy Director where you will lead the overall IT strategy for our organization, driving innovation and growth in a rapidly changing landscape. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with business objectives. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact IT solutions, leveraging emerging technologies such as cloud, data center, AI, robotics, and analytics. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Management, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience at Senior IT level, with a proven track record in leading delivery business IT solutions in Fintech/Insurance industry. Strong understanding of modern databases and information system technologies, including Cloud/Data Center/AI, robotics, and analytics. Essential Skills: Coaching and leadership skills to motivate and develop high-performing teams. Management skills to drive strategic initiatives and projects.
