Information Technology Technical Support

  • Provide technical support to internal users and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Install and maintain hardware and software systems.
  • Troubleshoot network, printer, and server-related problems.
  • Manage and resolve support requests through the designated ticketing system.
  • Train users on various systems and technologies.
  • Regularly update security systems and ensure data protection.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux) and network troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively with team members and users.
  • Familiarity with system management tools and technical support software.
  • Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, or ITIL are a plus.
