As we continue to expand, we're looking for a proactive, results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. What You'll Do:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage prospective clients through market research, networking, and targeted outreach. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update CRM systems.
  • Client Relationship Management: Support existing client relationships by ensuring satisfaction, addressing inquiries, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and pricing strategies. Work closely with the Business Development Manager to negotiate terms and help close deals efficiently.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Keep a close eye on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Offer insights to guide strategic decisions and capitalize on new growth areas.
  • Internal Collaboration & Coordination: Partner with creative, digital, and strategy teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Work with our marketing team to support lead generation initiatives and integrated campaigns.
  • Networking & Representation: Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions. Build professional connections to enhance the agency's presence and reputation in the market.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: 1-2 years in business development, sales, or marketing ideally within a marketing or advertising agency environment.
  • Skills & Tools: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A solid understanding of digital marketing, branding, and emerging industry trends. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Strategic and creative thinking approach. Client-centric mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
