The RDI Client Success and Growth Specialist is responsible for supporting and growing the relationship with a portfolio of industry-specific clients within the Strategic and Enterprise client segment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role will include understanding each client’s annual compensation cycle to secure survey participation and supporting the client on the utilization of our surveys and software as an important component of their compensation planning efforts. In addition, the job holder will also deliver training on our client web-based delivery and analytics tools and client webinars, along with other relationship-expanding duties as required. This position requires product sales and servicing experience, a high desire to learn, self-motivation, and an in-depth understanding of how our survey data influences compensation planning. The Role: Relationship Building & Client Servicing
  • Manage participation process for a portfolio of clients within industry sectors.
  • Assist with job matching, data submission, and interpretive/utilization assistance.
  • Respond to second-level queries and more complex questions.
Identify Additional Sales Opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales, emphasizing renewals, retention, and integrated or ancillary service line opportunities.
  • Identify and close opportunities for expanding our product portfolio with the client.
Industry Survey Growth and Development
  • Work closely with the RDI team in Saudi Arabia to promote surveys to target participants in industry surveys and build new relationships.
  • Collaborate and seek out synergies with affiliated practices to achieve common goals and objectives through industry collaboration.
Training and Development
  • Organize and lead job match meetings.
  • Conduct detailed training sessions and demos in our client-facing online tools for clients and consultants.
  • Conduct forum meetings by country/geography or industry.

Qualifications

Requirements:
  • Experience in a corporate environment, selling or delivering customer service.
  • Compensation knowledge required.
  • Proven track record of maintaining and growing business relationships.
  • Excellent listener – able to probe, understand the issues, and respond with correct solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Must be client-focused and have excellent client relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform in a team environment.
