Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of the annual and quarterly marketing plans for the contact lenses product line.
  • Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to drive brand positioning, product launches, and promotions.
  • Define target audiences and create tailored marketing campaigns to effectively reach and engage them.
Brand Management:
  • Oversee the brand strategy and ensure consistency across all communication channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Develop and execute branding and messaging guidelines to maintain a strong, recognizable, and trusted brand image in the market.
  • Drive the creation of impactful advertising and promotional materials in collaboration with creative teams.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support marketing efforts.
Digital Marketing & E-commerce:
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including paid search, SEO, social media, email marketing, and content creation to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Work with e-commerce teams to optimize product listings and improve online sales.
  • Analyze digital campaign performance, using analytics to optimize strategies for better ROI.
Product Launches and Promotions:
  • Plan and execute product launches for new contact lens products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Develop marketing collateral, sales tools, and customer-facing materials to support new product introductions.
  • Design and manage promotional campaigns to drive sales and customer loyalty.
Customer Insights & Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, purchasing behavior, and pain points.
  • Analyze customer feedback, sales data, and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions.
  • Use data insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
Budget and Performance Management:
  • Manage the marketing budget for vision care and contact lenses, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve key business objectives.
  • Track campaign performance and report on KPIs to senior management, making adjustments as necessary to meet goals.
Skills Required for the Job: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing within the healthcare, vision care, or consumer goods industry, with a focus on contact lenses or medical devices.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
