Job Purpose The purpose of this job family is to lead the creation and optimization of sales proposals and bids, ensuring alignment with sirar's strategic goals and client requirements for successful deal closures. Key Responsibilities

  • Develops sales proposals, RFP and RFI responses in alignment with Sales Team and Presales.
  • Coordinates with Finance Sector on all financial requests, such as Financial Guarantees.
  • Participates in developing financial proposals and bids including P&L in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Handovers awarded POs to the concerned stakeholders to start processing & delivering to applicable customers.
  • Ensures overall submission to customer is best in class and aligned.
  • Supports the collaboration with all relevant stakeholders to qualify opportunities (bid/no bid).
  • Ensures consistency and customer requirement fulfillment across proposals.
  • Monitors bid management activity including sourcing requests for proposals.
  • Ensures all documentation and paperwork needed by customers are up to date and uploaded/submitted, as necessary.
  • Designs the unified bid template and tools.
  • Contributes to the overall success of the company by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by line manager.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
Years Of Experience
  • Preferred experience of (+3) years, or equivalent in the area of expertise.
Preferred Professional Certificates
  • Professional certification in Bid Management (APMP) is preferred.
Job Specific Skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in business acumen.
  • Advanced proficiency in sirar by stc's products/services.
  • Intermediate proficiency in sales planning and process.
  • Intermediate proficiency in recognizing needs and targeting customers.
  • Intermediate command of sales/account management strategy development and implementation.
  • Advanced proficiency in writing & organizing skills.
