Job Description We are currently looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Officer to join our qualified and knowledgeable team in our Regional Office in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. What you will need to do:
- Compile prequalification exercises and other registration documents for the region under supervision and approval of the BSD Supervisor.
- Assist the BSD Supervisor in various daily tasks, clerical or involving paperwork.
- Organize centralized (or regional) photographic archives and prepare project lists (completed projects, projects in progress, specific experience, etc.) for prequalification purposes.
- Maintain and update archives of project documents and files required by the IMS Quality System.
- Provide input in tasks such as updating the company’s website, company news, preparation of brochures, and other literature.
- Maintain a central filing system and keep copies of prequalification and other submissions, as well as material needed for publicity.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Management; additional qualifications are an advantage.
- Up to 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an industrial or EPC construction industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good knowledge of English, both oral and written.
- Problem-solving ability combined with a positive attitude.
- A good team player with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple assignments.
- Reliable, responsible, and organized with close attention to detail.
- Displays good interpersonal and communication skills and builds rapport easily.
- Can be counted on to perform tasks demonstrating ownership and perseverance.
- Is keen to learn and grow professionally.
- Is flexible and eager to take initiatives.
- Displays team spirit, particularly in a multicultural environment.
- Is commercially astute.
