Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer with AirconMech , your key responsibilities will include:- Interpret and understand technical drawings and layouts.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, including consultants, structural engineers, design teams, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Attend project and technical meetings to support project delivery.
- Complete O&M manuals accurately and on time.
- Manage subcontractors and the general workforce on site to ensure project timelines are met.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely and high-quality component deliveries.
- Plan and execute works efficiently to meet project targets.
- Ensure all work complies with the highest health, safety, and quality standards.
- Oversee material orders and control onsite inventory.
Eligibility Criteria/ Qualifications and/or Experience
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following attributes:- Degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in BIM/CAD is desirable but not essential.
- Previous experience (placement or internship) with a mechanical contractor or industry supplier is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
