Graduate Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and understand technical drawings and layouts.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, including consultants, structural engineers, design teams, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Attend project and technical meetings to support project delivery.
• Complete O&M manuals accurately and on time.
• Manage subcontractors and the general workforce on site to ensure project timelines are met.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely and high-quality component deliveries.
• Plan and execute works efficiently to meet project targets.
• Ensure all work complies with the highest health, safety, and quality standards.
• Oversee material orders and control onsite inventory.

Eligibility Criteria/ Qualifications and/or Experience

• Degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in BIM/CAD is desirable but not essential.
• Previous experience (placement or internship) with a mechanical contractor or industry supplier is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
