Understand and identify customer challenges in the IT Security domain. Installation, configuration, and response to IT Security Post Sale Support. Technical writing and presentation. Requirements Diploma in computer science, information technology, or related studies. Preferably with at least CCNA or any security certification. 1 to 2 years working experience in information security with various security technologies, security best practice assessment, and security architecture design will be preferred. Ability to articulate security technology or post-sale issues to customers effectively. Must be able to work independently. Hands-on experience with various security solutions deployment. Result-oriented team player with strong initiative. Passion for learning new security solutions.
