The Permit Issuer is responsible for managing the issuance of entry permits for traders, ensuring compliance with the available space and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with traders and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and issue entry permits based on the current availability of space for traders.
- Verify trader information and ensure all necessary documentation is provided before issuing permits.
- Ensure that all payment processes are completed in the system accurately and timely.
- Coordinate with the finance team to confirm payment receipts and address any discrepancies.
- Prepare a detailed daily report that outlines the permits issued, including trader names, dates, and any relevant notes.
- Submit daily reports to management for review and record-keeping.
- Monitor the permit issuance process and report any abnormalities or irregularities to management promptly.
- Collaborate with management to resolve issues related to permit issuance or trader compliance.
Required Criteria:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years UAE experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using computer systems, databases, and reporting tools.
