Deputy Team Lead - IT Administration

The Deputy Team Lead - IT Administration plays a crucial role in shaping our IT infrastructure, ensuring stability, scalability, and security.Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Infrastructure Excellence: Co-create and manage IT infrastructure, optimizing performance, security, and reliability across on-premises and cloud-hosted systems.
- Champion security best practices, conducting routine updates and prompt issue resolution.
- Shape our technical roadmap, focusing on scalable IT infrastructure that propels organizational success.
- Team & Workflow Harmony: Orchestrate daily IT operations, prioritizing tasks and reporting progress to the IT Admin Lead.
- Lead with confidence as the primary point of contact and decision-maker in the IT Admin Lead's absence.
- Inspire growth through technical and soft-skills training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
- Automation & Efficiency: Pioneering innovate with automation, developing scripts to streamline routine tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide expert hands-on support during peak periods, especially in LLM-related processes.
Ideal Profile:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Linux Administrator
- At least 1 year experience as team lead
- Skills Required:
- Proficiency in managing Linux-based systems
- Advanced scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python or similar languages for automation and process optimization)
- Significant experience in Large Language Models (LLMs) hosting, systems administration, and troubleshooting
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in remote work environment
