The Product Team

Who we are: Product & Technology teams lead the charge in developing our platform and solutions, empowering our customers to invest with confidence. We are looking for a Client Experience Associate who will play a vital role in our Client Experience team, providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • This is a remote-based position.
  • Please note the working hours for this position are 11:00am - 8:00pm UAE time. (This schedule could change in future).

What you'll do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and potential clients, delivering outstanding support and maintaining healthy client relationships.
  • Utilize customer support tools effectively to streamline communication and provide timely responses to client queries.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they receive a fast time-to-value and personalized customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with the Client Relations team to address client inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Advocate for clients' needs and concerns internally, sharing valuable insights from customer support interactions with the Product team.
  • Assist the Product team in collecting and analyzing client feedback to improve the overall client experience.

What we're looking for:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, such as Client Experience, Customer Success, Account/Relationship Management, or a similar field.
  • Previous experience in a startup or technology company, with a focus on providing exceptional customer support.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
  • A bachelor's degree or undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication skills, highly organized, collaborative, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, driven, enthusiastic, and adaptable, with a track record of successfully managing client relationships.
  • Empathetic, positive attitude, and a strong desire to assist customers in achieving their goals.
