Engineering / equivalent Diploma / Technical backgroundWe are a rapidly growing multinational distributor for electronic and industrial products of leading European brands in the industry. To expand our network, we are looking for an exceptional, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and aggressive salesperson. Three Positions (One for Islamabad, One for Lahore & One for Karachi). Interviews will start on Monday.Job SpecificationResponsibilities include:Searching for new clients who could benefit from company products and maximizing customer potential in designated regions.Carrying out market research to find new customers using the internet, business directory, and local chambers.Traveling to visit potential clients on a daily basis and preparing call action plans.Establishing new and maintaining existing long-term relationships with customers.Managing and interpreting customer requirements by listening to clients and using astute questioning to understand, anticipate, and exceed their needs.Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery.Preparing customer quotations, following up on orders, payment collection, and delivery follow-up.Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditions and offering after-sales support services.Administering client accounts.Preparing sales reports, daily visit reports, call activity reports, and market research reports for head office.Meeting regular sales targets and recruitment of new customers.Recording and maintaining client contact data.Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.Solving client problems and helping in the design of custom-made products.Skills Required:A solid technical sales background selling electronic & industrial products with a minimum of 5-6 years experience in Sales and Marketing or a similar role.Previous experience selling in the following segments: Government Sector, Defence, Aviation, factories, electronic equipment manufacturers, Maintenance Engineers, Telecommunications, and local authorities.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to build relationships with clients quickly.Ability to assertively influence and actively manage customer expectations.Ability to work with minimum or no supervision; showing maturity and taking responsibility is key.Well presented with good dressing sense.Must have a driving license and own car/bike.Location: Information Technology and Services - Islamabad, Pakistan
