Job Title Senior Finance Manager Job Location  DHA or Gulberg, Lahore Vacancies 02 Responsibilities As a Senior Finance Manager at ENSOGOV, you will be required to: Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of actionAdvise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should takeMaintain the financial health of the organizationAnalyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plansDevelop trends and projections for the company's financesConduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunitiesOversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be metManage the preparation of the company's budgetLiaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintainedCorrespond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken Requirements Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patternsExpertise in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting softwares such as Netsuite and QuickBooksStrong interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsAble to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being followedA solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principlesWorking knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulationsExcellent problem-solving, communication, and team working skillsWilling tofunction in a rapidly growing environment demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit learn new skills Education Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or EconomicsProfessional qualifications such as ACCA or similar will be considered a plus Experience 3-5 years of experience in Finance Language Excellent command over written and verbal English Working Hours Full time, on-site Compensation Structure  Market competitive salary based on experience and skill set
