Maintain confidentiality and manage the performance management process effectively. Oversee the payroll cycle with proficiency. Draft and manage employee contracts and policies. Exhibit exceptional attention to detail in all HR processes. Requirements: Bachelors or Master's degree in HR. Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, with at least 5 years of overall HR experience. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. Capability to handle confidential information responsibly. Strong analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Proven ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail is essential.
