  1. University Degree with honors in Ergonomics/Human Factors;
  2. Chartered Engineer preferable or equivalent qualifications/ experience;
  3. Have at least 10 years' post graduate experience;
  4. Presentable, self-motivated and willing to actively contribute in all facets of consultancy business development and operation;
  5. Experience in rail sector, international experience an advantage;
  6. Experienced in Human Reliability Analysis, Ergonomic Study, THERP, Task and Workload Analysis, HEART, etc.;
  7. Excellent spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
  8. Candidates with less experience may be considered for Senior Consultant grade.
