Project Manager - Civil MEPAhmedabad

Turner & Townsend are looking for Assistant Project Manager to join our award winning for Ahmedabad cost centre growing project management team working within Turner & Townsends team. There are long term secured frameworks with national and regional organizations within the following sectors warehouse/ industrial The right candidate will have the opportunity to progress within our business and receive a competitive salary. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate consultancy experience. Role within the project:

• The Project Manager is expected to be able to support the project lead in all aspects of project management delivery for Civil/ MEP throughout the stages of set up and brief design tendering & procurement construction handover and closeout.
• Should be able to handle all projectrelated reporting & documentation.

  Responsibilities:

• Participate in project meetings prepare minutes
• Monitor day to day execution and site handle all documentation and reporting
• Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly reports for client review
• Review the deliverables from the design consultants/ vendors/ contractors/ and provide feedback

Reporting

• Depending upon context Assistant Project Manager is likely to report to a Project Manager

#LIPK1   Qualifications :

•   Graduate Engineer B.E/B.Tech Civil Electrical & Mechanical field MBA or PG in Construction Planning/ Management or Project Management.
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of overall experience with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in sports facility.
• Proven track record of working with governmental bodies/ organizing committees of multisport mega events and sports federations.
• Strong experience in multi stakeholder project coordination and relevant IT system capability as per the requirement of the project. Should have hands on experience in making technical drawings and should be conversant with computer aided designing tools and software.
