Senior Flutter Engineer/Mobile Architect

Job Title : Senior Flutter Engineer/Mobile Architect. Exp : 8+yrs. Location : Bangalore. NP : Immediate to 15 days. Job Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Flutter Engineer/Mobile Architect to lead the development of our mobile applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing the architecture, state management, and security of our multi-market application using the Flutter framework. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mobile applications and lead by example in a collaborative and innovative environment. Responsibilities : - Design and implement the architecture, state management, and security of our multi-market application using the Flutter framework. - Develop and maintain expertise in design libraries (e.g Material Design, Cupertino) and apply this knowledge to ensure high-quality UI/UX designs. - Design and build state management solutions for complex applications using Riverpod or BLOC. - Develop and implement mobile security systems to ensure secure authentication and authorization mechanisms are in place. - Provide extensive knowledge of OpenID Connect (OIDC) and its implementation in mobile applications. - Collaborate with Android developers (Kotlin) and/or iOS developers (Swift) to ensure seamless integration of mobile applications. - Lead by example, mentoring junior engineers and guiding the development of cross-functional teams of developers. - Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices. - Troubleshoot and debug issues with Flutter, Dart, and other technologies used in the application. Requirements : - 3+ years of experience working as a Senior Flutter Engineer/Mobile Architect. - 5+ years of experience developing Android applications using Kotlin or iOS applications using Swift. - Strong understanding of Flutter architecture, widgets, and state management. - Experience designing and building state management for complex applications using Riverpod or BLOC. - Extensive knowledge of OpenID Connect (OIDC) and its implementation in mobile applications. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Nice to Have : - Experience with other mobile development frameworks (e.g. React Native). - Knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Spring Boot. - Familiarity with containerization using Docker/Podman. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. - Experience leading a team of developers and managing projects.
