Hi I'm the CEO and Co Founder at HowNow I’m looking for a Senior Product Manager to join us. At our company, we prioritize continuous learning and open decision-making. Day-to-day tasks will include
- You’ll take core Product Ownership responsibilities (roadmap, user stories, stakeholder buy-in, prioritization), with a mindset focused on problem-solving and delivering outcomes, not just outputs.
- You’ll use data to find opportunities to innovate, improve customer experience and increase adoption.
- You’ll work autonomously through the backlog while making sure that features get delivered quickly and efficiently, taking a lean approach.
- You’ll set key metrics, track and monitor your features' performance and functionality after launch to iterate and improve on them.
- You’ll work with marketing, customer success and dev team to take a feature from idea to live release.
- You’ll communicate product updates to the team and customers.
- You need 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a tech company, preferably B2B SaaS.
- You need entrepreneurial flair and leadership to inspire and rally the team around a problem.
- You have solid experience with customer event/usage tracking, growth frameworks (e.g. AARRR) and using this data to drive product usage and customer retention.
- You have experience with modern delivery methodologies including Agile, Scrum and Kanban.
- You understand building hypotheses from first principles, critically assessing information rather than accepting received wisdom.
