On behalf of Ignite Technical Resources , we are recruiting for a Reports Developer (Treasury/Banking) to join our client, a Public Sector organization . This is a 6-month contract position that is 100% remote , but candidates must be based in Canada. Summary of the Role: The Reports Developer will work closely with the ISB, BCM, and Core Project Team to validate and develop reports using FIS Quantum and eBAM modules. This includes gathering, documenting, and translating requirements into technical specifications and supporting the testing process to ensure system functionality during the go-live phases. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work with approximately 200 reports to validate requirements and identify new report needs.
  • Gather, document, and translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Build and maintain reports using tools within FIS Quantum and eBAM modules.
  • Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Soft Go Live phases.
  • Participate in the 3-month Soft Go Live parallel processing and Hard Go Live period.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Core Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Quantum Treasury Management and eBAM solutions.
  • Proficiency in programming languages: C# , VB Script , and Powershell .
  • Strong working knowledge of database queries.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts (firewalls, proxies, IP traffic).
  • Ability to create technical documentation.
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in validating legacy system reports and developing net-new reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams during testing and implementation phases.
Terms: This is a 6-month contract position that is 100% remote , requiring candidates to reside within Canada. The successful candidate will work standard business hours aligned with the Pacific Time Zone. Additional pre-employment requirements may include reference checks.
