Current Opportunity: Sales Development Representative (French Speaking) Location: Ontario Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid or remote depending on your proximity to our Toronto office. Experience: 2-3 years Language Requirement: French and English Salary: $60,000 - $68,000 CAD What you will do: We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the driving force behind our sales team’s success. As the first point of contact with potential clients, you’ll identify opportunities, generate leads, and schedule meetings to enable our experienced sales representatives to close deals. As the initial point of contact, you will play a pivotal role in driving awareness and setting the stage for meaningful partnerships that support our mission. Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Identify Opportunities: Research and identify high-potential companies and decision-makers within our target markets.
- Outbound Engagement: Use a combination of cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting methods to generate interest and build a pipeline.
- Qualify Leads: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and readiness to explore solutions, ensuring quality handoffs to sales reps.
- Schedule Meetings: Secure appointments for seasoned sales representatives to present tailored solutions and close deals.
- Maintain CRM: Diligently track activities, prospect details, and lead status in the company’s CRM system to ensure accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing: Work closely with the sales team to refine messaging, align on target personas, and share market insights to improve overall effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, CommunicationsÂ
- Clear and engaging written and verbal communication in both French and English to connect with prospects effectively.
- 2-3 Â years experience of sales, lead generation, or similar roles preferred, but a strong work ethic and attitude matter most.
- Driven, resourceful, and relentless in pursuing opportunities.
- Ability to manage multiple prospects, prioritize tasks, and maintain detailed records.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach).
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with a willingness to learn and grow.
