Global Managing Director - Experiential Agency – London Are you a visionary leader ready to redefine global operations and drive innovation? DNA Recruit is working with a Leading Experiential Agency who are searching for an inspiring Global Managing Director to work closely with the CEO and Leadership Team, shaping the strategic future of the agency with a reputation for creating exceptional brand-led activations worldwide. The Role: Based at London HQ with global travel, you’ll oversee operations across the UK, Middle East, Asia, and beyond, ensuring each region thrives under unique local market conditions. Your mission? To deliver exceptional client experiences, drive business growth, and optimize team productivity while embodying their core values. Key Responsibilities:
- Take full accountability for regional P&L, achieving revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead and mentor regional Client Experience Directors, ensuring the success of client projects.
- Collaborate with the Advisory Panel to refine business and delivery strategies.
- Proactively manage risks and devise mitigation plans to safeguard project outcomes.
- Champion operational excellence, ensuring teams are equipped with the skills needed to thrive.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale operations and delivering strategic initiatives.
- A charismatic and driven leader who thrives on collaboration and innovation.
- Strong analytical and planning skills with a history of turning strategies into measurable actions.
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms.
- A full UK driving license and willingness to travel globally.
