Summary
Title: Programming coordinator, Bell Media Salary: Commensurate with Qualifications and Experience Location: 1 carref. Alex.-G.-BellResponsibilities
- Responsible of all communications linked to original productions (deal memo, contracts requests, letters, etc.)
- Carry out follow-up link with producers to obtain all the documents necessary to write letters and contracts and carry out administrative follow-up with them
- Complete the product information into the software “IBMS” and add metadata in the Bell Media softwares
- Carry out many follow-up link to the scheduling to ensure a good operational work
- Provide administrative support (charts, letters, precise information, codification and approval of invoices, confirmation of payments, CRTC reports and others).

Qualifications
- Passionate about television
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the fields of television or production
- Judgement, rigour, working method
- Strong ability to coordinate projects in a media environment: ability to manage multiple projects at once, prioritize and propose solutions
- Team spirit and collaboration skills, enthusiasm and flexibility
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools
- Knowledge of English required, written and spoken
- In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of distribution rights
- Knowledge of the software IBMS
- Knowledge of the software Smartsheet
