Our Commercial team is growing and we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive our North American sales activities. In this role reporting to the VP of Sales, you will identify new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and expand market share in your assigned region. You will play a key role in promoting our energy storage solutions to commercial, industrial, and utility customers, contributing to the growth of the business and the transition to sustainable energy. Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional revenue and growth targets
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, distributors, and strategic partners
- Sales Execution: Conduct product presentations, negotiate contracts, and successfully close sales opportunities
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to design tailored sales campaigns and product offerings that align with market needs
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to inform senior management and support strategic decision-making
- Industry Engagement: Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand professional networks and promote the organization’s solutions
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required; an engineering background and/or MBA is highly desirable
- Minimum of 5 years of proven success in sales, particularly in energy solutions, technology products, or related industries
- Understanding of energy markets is considered a strong asset
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities
- Strong collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage cross-functional teams
- Advanced negotiation and influencing capabilities, with a track record of driving results and overcoming challenges
- Have or be willing to obtain a valid Canadian passport
