Lynx Employment Services Ltd | Skilled Electrician

We are seeking a skilled Domestic Electrician to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of electrical systems and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This role requires expertise in both power and hand tools, as well as a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems. The building is a secure institution therefore, a security check will need to be completed prior to starting work. Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems using appropriate testing devices and techniques.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently and safely.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations while performing tasks to minimize risks associated with electrical work.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Electrician.
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools related to electrical work.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and safety standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in electrical work.
